We only do mold inspections and testing. WE DO NOT DO REMMEDIATION nor will we recommend anyone if you do need remediation as our goal to have complete transparency in our business practices.

We use advanced molecular diagnostics like qPCR (quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction) for precise mold identification. qPCR is a DNA-based testing method that detects and measures mold at the genetic level, even when spores are not easily identified microscopically.
Inspections typically several hours depending on property size and complexity.
We do NOT do remediation.
